PROJECT DIRECTOR
The Project Director, Ms Natalina Cea, is the reference person of the ITACA Consortium for all aspects concerning the financial, logistics and reporting issues.
All along project implementation, and specifically during the inception phase and the internal and final evaluation deadlines, Ms Cea is in charge of the relationships with the European Commission’s project managers and the coordination of the National Teams, under the local direction of the Team Leaders. Ms Cea has already also established a direct dialogue with the top management of the beneficiary Administrations agreeing on the content of the work plan, the implementation schedule and the focus and the tools for implementing the Regional activities.
The Project Director leads the TACTA Steering Board which includes the Project Directors and the five Team Leaders.
As far as the implementation phase of the project is concerned, the Project Director performs both managerial and professional responsibilities:
to assists the national Team Leaders in implementing their roles, with the support of the Co-ordination Office, and to act as constant interface with the European Commission Task Managers and the project Beneficiaries. She defines the project on-going monitoring and evaluation agenda and tools, and coordinates regional and cross-cutting activities
to agree with the main Beneficiaries and stakeholders the strategic priorities and implementation plans, as well as they revision according to the regularly monitoring activity.
