THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION
The European Commission (DG Enlargement) is the Contracting Authority for this project for and on behalf of the government of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia and Kosovo (under UNSCR 1244). The main role of the EC, namely the Task Managers, is to monitor and supervise the correct implementation of the project.
