TACTA - PROJECT KICK OFF
STRATEGY
The implementation of TACTA is organised in three main logical phases:
Inception phase: aimed at assuring the smoothest and most effective possible handover and continuity of activities with the previous assistance programme, as well as at fine tuning the project work plan with the active involvement of the beneficiary Administrations.
Implementing phase: during which activities and tasks are implemented according to the work plan. Intermediate and final results are monitored and the quality of outputs checked.
Closing and phasing out: aimed at providing guidelines and suggestions on the “next steps”, and facilitating handover and ownership of projects results by the beneficiary Administrations.
